HammerTech Safety Management Technology Platform
For safety compliance, engagement & risk control, MJ Conroy are national award winners for our innovative use of HammerTech, a safety management technology platform.
In 2022, MJ Conroy was the first construction company in Ireland and the UK to use the award-winning construction safety management software.
As a partner to HammerTech, MJ Conroy has revolutionised the way we operate our safety management system. Within a 12-month period, we have moved to a paperless safety management system.

HammerTech is the go-to construction safety management system in Australia. In 2022 they decided to enter the Irish & UK construction markets. Since then, MJ Conroy has partnered with HammerTech to develop and adapt their system to meet statutory and best practices in Ireland. The introduction of the system has resulted in increased engagement, compliance and leadership in all aspects of occupational health & safety across all company projects.
In recognition of this, MJ Conroy was awarded the National Safety Health and Wellbeing Award at the 2024 Irish Construction Excellence awards and David Conroy was honoured with a HammerTech Visionary Award for spearheading the company’s commitment towards embracing technology advances to maximise safety standards across the business.
