In accordance with company policy on annual leave, the holiday year runs from January 1st to December 31st each year. Holidays must be taken within the calendar year and employees are not allowed to carry days forward except in exceptional circumstances.
All holidays must be agreed in advance with your immediate Supervisor or Manager.
A maximum of 10 working days may be taken at any time. Except in extraordinary circumstances, 4 weeks’ notice is the minimum notice required by the Company for annual leave days.
